In February I spent a night in Wadi Rum with some colleagues. Wadi Rum is a desert nature preserve about an hour outside of Aqaba, and one of Jordan's major tourist attractions. Lawrence of Arabia was filmed largely in Wadi Rum. Also, while I never actually saw either the Road Runner or Wile E. Coyote, I felt quite sure they were around somewhere.
