Part I: London
When travelling at Government expense, it is important to maximize the impact of taxpayer dollars. In practical terms, this means taking your alotted one-day stopover in a European city with high per diem rates. I usually forgo this, but in this case I was flying through London, and who can resist that British food?

Arriving as I did on a Friday, the only day of the week the Arsenal Museum is open, there was of course only one item on my brief agenda.
