What We Did On Our Summer Vacation
We have a recently-established tradition of annual extended family visits to Omaha. Julie and the kids stayed for five weeks, and I joined them for one.

| Celebrating our tenth anniversary at the lovely but somewhat singleminded Lied Lodge in Nebraska City. If we look dazed, it's because we're spending two nights away from the kids, for the first time since they were born. They were care for by their cousin Eileen, grandma, cousin Bobby and aunt Kathy, to whom we are incomparably grateful. |

Aha, there is Julie. Yes, now I remember. Congrats! Isn't wonderful to have some free time without the kids, rare but wonderful. My husband took me to Dubai recently for the first trip without the kids! Yippee!
